  • How long have you been in the business?

    We launched htmlPizzeria as a dedicated PSD to HTML brand in 2015.
  • How big is your team?

    We are a flexible team of 10+ in-house dedicated designers, coders & developers.
  • Do you work over weekends?

    We need to charge our batteries but in case of an urgent project, we can discuss and overcome the craziest deadlines.
  • How do I get a quote?

    It’s simple! Just complete our order form. Provide as much specific information as possible. We will investigate your design and requirements and get back to you with a price quote and completion time.
  • What is your turnaround time?

    We offer 2-price options depending on completion time. While placing an order you will see the approximate delivery date. We may adjust the delivery date depending on project complexity. We start working only after the client’s approval of the delivery date and price.
  • How can I contact you?

  • Do you offer revisions?

    We offer unlimited revisions. Bug fixes and minor tweaks are always on us. Additions and sizable changes will be quoted separately.
  • Do you offer after sale support?

    Sure. Just email us whenever you need our assistance. Even if it is months after project completion.
  • Do you offer 24 hours delivery?

    We will make every effort to meet the craziest deadline. If you need an urgent delivery add a note to your order in the “Message” field. There is a rush fee of $98 for HTML / email / mobile templates.
  • Do you offer website layout design?

    If our designers are available we will be happy to assist. Prices start from $980 for a couple of home page concepts. Please contact us via email: hi@htmlpizzeria.com
  • Where are you located?

    We are located in Europe, Bulgaria. The best place to work and live.

  • Will you sign an NDA?

    Sure. Send it along.
  • Will you publish my project in your site?

    We will never publish anything without your prior permission. Everything between us is kept in complete confidence, as stated in our privacy policy.
  • Do you have claim any rights if the final markup?

    You bought it, you own it. We do not claim any rights.
  • How can I pay?

    We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, Revolut, TransferWise and Paysend. If you have bitcoins, we’re fine with it.
  • When do I pay you?

    For most of our projects we offer payment after satisfaction. For order values more than $75, we may consider a 50% upfront charge.
  • Do you offer discount?

    Each secondary page of the same website is offered at a more than 50% discount. In addition for large-scale projects, we provide significant custom discounts and great delivery adjustments. Contact us via email: hi@htmlpizzeria.com with the design previews attached. The price discount is provided once we investigate your designs and requirements.
  • What is the price for an interior page if you coded my homepage in the past?

    Your inner pages will be priced according to our current prices even if you place the interior page months after we coded the home page.
  • What currency do you use?

    We use USD (United States Dollars).
  • What types of design files do you accept?

    We prefer layered PSD files but we also accept almost any other formats such as Sketch, AI, Adobe XD, Avocode, PNG, EPS, CDR, TIFF, INDD even JPG.
  • Can you use flatten design file JPG for the conversion?

    Yes. However, since we turn them into layered Photoshop file we may consider an additional charge.
  • What browsers do you support?

    We support the following browsers & devices:

  • Do you provide PSD with slices after project completion?

    Yes. Just add a note to your order.
  • Do you offer commented markup?

    Yes. We always comment our markup.
  • Will you add rollovers/hovers?

    Yes. Even if there is no instructions or design for rollover/hover states.
  • Can you use SSI (Server Side Includes) and what’s the price?

    Yes. Just add a note to your order. No extra charge is involved.
  • Do you add custom fonts (like font-face or Google fonts) and what’s the price?

    Yes. We include custom fonts where needed. Please note that you may need to provide us with licensed font files along with your design files. No extra charge is involved.
  • Can you implement layouts using any of the common CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation?

    Yes. Just add a note to your order. No extra charge is involved. For frameworks that are not popular, there may be an additional charge.
  • What JavaScript libraries you can work with?

    We prefer jQuery, but we can also work with any popular JavaScript library and/or framework. Just contact us for more information.
  • Can you code custom JavaScript?

    Yes. Contact us via email: hi@htmlpizzeria.com.
  • Do you code HTML5/CSS3?

    Yes. It is a standard practice at htmlPizzeria.
  • Can you create a separate print CSS stylesheet.

    Sure. We may ask for an additional charge.
  • Can you code Facebook pages and what’s the price?

    Sure. We quote them as regular HTML templates.
  • Can you recode existing website (with/without design files)?

    Sure. Please provide us with a link or local version of the page(s) you need to have recoded.
  • Can you just clean up my code or make some fixes? I don’t want to recode my site from scratch.

  • Can you convert my flash site to html and keep the same animations?

  • Can you code RTL (Arabic/Hebrew) websites?

    Sure, we can. We may ask for an additional charge.
  • Do you use version control system for maintaining your projects?

    Yes. We use Git.
  • Can you upload the files to my server once you are done?

    Sure. For WordPress projects, we may consider an additional charge.
  • What kind of instructions do you need in order to proceed with my project?

    Please try to be as specific as possible. If you submit a file different than a PSD please send JPG previews for reference.
  • How should I organize my files?

    We are experienced Adobe users and we can cope with every PSD, AI, or PNG source file. However, it will be great if you prepare a separate document with all pop-ups, hover states, and things that we may miss.

  • Do you code responsive email templates?

    Yes. We have a lot of experience with responsive email templates.
  • Can you make my email template retina-friendly?

    Yes. Just add a note to your order and provide us with a 2x size design file(s). It’s free of charge.
  • How do you test your email templates?

    We use physical devices as well as the EmailOnAcid.com or Litmus.com platform for our tests. If you want Litmus screenshots, may consider a $10 charge
  • Do you provide screenshots from the tested email clients?

    Yes. It is standard practice at htmlPizzeria. We’ll send you the link with your final project preview and litmus test screenshots if you want it and pay for them.
  • How are the complete templates sent to customers?

    We’ll send you the archive which includes all the source files (HTML and images) and the link with your final project preview and litmus test screenshots.
  • Do you code email templates using inline CSS?

    Yes. Since email clients do not allow the loading of any external files, all the CSS is inline.
  • Can I embed custom fonts for my email using @font-face?

    No. Email clients do not allow the loading of external files.
  • Can you add forms to my email? What about JavaScript?

    No. Forms and JavaScript are not supported by most email clients.

  • Can you provide a plain text version as well?

    Yes. Just add a note to your order.
  • Can you add the actual links?

    Yes. Just provide them and we’ll add them. It’s free of charge.
  • If I order MailChimp Integration, will I be able to change the colors, fonts, etc. of my template?

    Yes. Just add a note to your order.
  • I have an email template coded, but there are some issues. Can you fix it?

    Sure, if it is possible. If not, we can recode it from scratch. Then the price’ll as regular email project.
  • I want some email customization. Can you make the changes for me?

    Sure. Write in the order form with more details.
  • Can you import my email template to my MailChimp/Campaign Monitor or another account?

    Sure. Just contact us via email: hi@htmlpizzeria.com
  • How can I send my email template?

    You can send your template using a desktop email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail (for Mac OS users), Spark (for Mac OS users) or you can use a web-based email marketing tool like MailChimp or Campaign Monitor, etc..
  • How can I import my email template to MailChimp?

    It’s easy just follow the steps below.

    1. Login to MailChimp.
    2. Once you have logged in, click on “my templates” next to the “create campaign” big red button.
    3. Click on “code custom template” in the sidebar, below “Code”.
    4. Click on “import zip file” at the top.
    5. Click on “browse”, select mc.zip from the archive we have sent you and click on “upload”.
    6. You’re almost there. Now click on “save”, type the name of the template and click on “save as”.
    7. You’re done! Now you can find your template under “My Templates”.
    8. If you have any problems, just contact us. We’ll import it free of charge.
  • How can I import my email template to Campaign Monitor?

    Below are the steps you need to take in order to import your template to Campaign Monitor:

    1. Login to Campaign Monitor.
    2. Select a “Client you’re sending” on the left.
    3. Click on “Templates” at the top right corner.
    4. Click on “Add a new template” on the right sidebar.
    5. On the popup window click on “Import a custom template” – the “Import it now” button.
    6. “Template Name” – type the name of your template.
    7. “The HTML page” – click on the “Browse” button, go to the source files we have sent you – folder “cm” and select email.html.
    8. “All other files in zip format (optional)” – click on the “Browse” button, go to the source files we sent you, the “cm” folder, and now select images.zip.
    9. Click on “Add template”.
    10. You’re done! Go get some pizzas.

    If you have any problems, just contact us. We’ll import it free of charge.

  • How can I send my email template via Thunderbird?

    Here is how:

    1. First you have to upload all the images to your hosting. Login to your server via FTP, go to the root folder usually “public_html”, “www” or “HTML”. Create a folder for your email images say “mail-images”.
    2. Upload all the images from the archive we have sent you, folder “images” to your FTP folder “mail-images”.
    3. Now open email.html with any text editor (notepad for example) from the archive we have sent you.
    4. Replace all image source paths, so all images point to your hosting – http://yourdomain.com/mail-images/image.gif. You can do that by finding and replacing – find “images/” and replace it with “http://yourdomain.com/mail-images/”.
    5. Now that you have changed the images, open email.html with your browser to make sure all the images are loaded.
    6. Open Thunderbird and click on “Write”.
    7. Click on the message area and then click on “Insert” – “HTML”. Copy all the HTML code from email.html, paste it here and click on “Insert”.

    It’s that simple! Now you’re ready to send your HTML email templates via Thunderbird.

  • How can I send my email template via Outlook?

    It’s pretty much the same as Thunderbird.

    1. First you have to upload all the images to your hosting. Login to your server via FTP, go to the root folder usually “public_html”, “www” or “HTML”. Create a folder for your email images say “mail-images”.
    2. Upload all the images from the archive we have sent you, folder “images” to your FTP folder “mail-images”.
